At SolFit, we offer boxing training for all levels of experience. From teaching you the foundations of throwing a punch, to teaching you how to move your feet like Ali. Get training with a boxer with 10+ years in experience.
Guaranteed to get a good sweat in.
Boxing is a fun and effective way to get your cardio work in and develop a strong core. Furthermore, it can be a great supplemental training with rotational sports like tennis.
Whether you have reasonable experience or are an entirely new beginner, the sessions are highly technical and has high emphasis on refining the basics.
Guaranteed to be more fun than a run, and this is especially effective for people who are looking to lose their winter coat!
