At SolFit, we offer personalised 1-on-1 training sessions near you!
Programs combine and cycle through different phases of resistance training which are specifically tailored to your goals, and based on the understanding of your movement patterns and history of injuries.

Resistance training is a powerful way to build strength and muscle, and it also plays a critical role in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Our program will be based on your history and goals to work the full body and include recovery exercises. We utilise a mix of resistance bands, bodyweight, and kettlebell exercises.
If your target is weight loss, the addition of boxing training provides an enjoyable and effective way to get a good sweat in and achieve your goals!
